i think you mean aneurysm which means an outpouching of an artery or the heart due to a weakness in the wall.

Aneurysm does not develop during labour, but some people have existing ones without being of it and have no symptoms. If you have one, there is a possibility that it may rupture during labour.

yes but its incredibly rare. it only happens with out of control blood pressure. dont even worry about this the doctors will c-section you before they let that happen

unfortuneately yes it can happen, but it is extremely rare
