Hate to sound narcissistic, but Raina is a beautiful name. My parents didn't know what sex I was, and my father picked the name out of a baby book in the hospital right after I was born. It has many different spellings (Reina, Rayna, Reigna) and it means either queen or princess depending on what culture (it's either Spanish or Yiddish).
Good luck to your cousin, name the baby Raina! ;-)

Cool people are not usually very 'cool' at all, so why not try something grown up and sensible - instead of 'cool?' Then you can count on the possibility of it being 'nice' at least.
