i've looked 4 him/her in the web but all I get is their parents address & phone #

Go to google or yahoo and type in their first and last name in parenthesis like this "John Doe" and then the city they live in and see if they have a website... that's only one of many many ways to get info.
PS Are you a stalker or something? Why on earth wouldn't you want them to know you have it? Hopefully your intentions are good.

Okay, help me with this: you want to be able to send this person e-mail, but you don't want this person to know you need their e-mail address to do so?
Did it occur to you that when this person gets your e-mail that they will know you have their e-mail address?
Just as a casual onlooker, sounds like you'll need to do some growing up before you're ready to move on to the "communicating by e-mail" phase of your life.

Sounds like you must have some underhanded reason not to ask the person directly for their email. If this is the case then don't!

If your school has it's own website it will have an index of students somwehre if u find the person in the index it might have their email
