I thought that was hilarious that Bush offered up Iraq as an example of a fine nation and a fine government. Well, I suppose if your child is ugly, you still have to pretend she's pretty.

Putin is a hypocrite above all hypocrites. He attacks and condemns Israel invading Lebanon and thinks the Un should stop them but Russia veteos any time people want to stop N. Korea

Putin also treats his muslim terroist horribly but then criticizes gitmo and Israelis fighting their enemy the palesteinians.

And Russia doesn't deserve to be a democracy. A democracy must have non-corrupt leaders that will do whats best for the world. Russia doesn't have that.

Russia and China were also trying to use Iran, Iraq, and Sryia as pawns to their own interest. Now that Iraq is free they are jealous and angry like usual. They are sore losers. They have proof the communist/socialism doens't work and doesn't create sucessful nations (See Soviety Union) yet Putin is trying to push for a new cold war. I believe a cold war will happen one day, involving Russia.

And to the first answer-- What does a country being chaotic have to do with the form of government that they have?
And Iraq is getting better everyday. The insurgents are hated amongst the Iraqis. The insurgents aren't even Iraqi-- they are Iranian, Saudis, Syrians, etc..

Iraq has a free democracy now. Putin likes the chains they were under and don't want them to be free. Really... bottom line here is that he is jealous that he and his country can no longer make a lot money with Iraq. Remember they supplied them arms...the ones we confiscated. So he says things that don't make sense.

Israel isn't something greater effective than a mirror image of an Islamic Republic, alongside with Iran. And the UN isn't something. It has no capability to enforce any of its rulings and could be disbanded.

I guess if I was a leader, I wouldn't want that kind of democracy either... leaders have a funny way of ending up dead over there in bloody assassinations...

Putin... Putin... Isn't that the Commie pedophile? Didn't he approach a little boy, lift his shirt, and lay a wet one on the kid's belly?

A barely functioning, chaotic one. You know - war. Death and destruction and the like.
