It can happen. My brother was upset one day with G and he was talking to one of his friends on his cell phone and the FBI bugged his phone. He didn't find this out until he changed carriers and they asked him if he knew his cell was tapped. It does and can happen.
I would understand if he had made a threat but that wasn't the case.

no...that's not the reason for the wiretapping...they are interested in terrorism, not some citizens opinion of the Pres. And, they aren't tapping your phone, relax..
