I mean you HAVE TO say something to him. YOU HAVE to laugh at him. It's uncontrollable. You are compelled, driven, to talk bad about him. EVERYONE does it. Am I right or am I wrong?! Put yourself in my shoes. If you saw someone TOTALLY without any beauty at all, you would not say something? Nah! You would!

To Each his own. It could easily have been you, how would you feel? Do you have any feelings? I am sure you must.
He probably has some great attributes you will never be aware of because of your judgment on his appearance. He gives others with outer beauty something to compare their selves to. Otherwise we would all look the same. How Boring.
I would give him a chance, put yourself in his shoes, control your laughter and have a chat with him now and then.
He may be the best friend you never had.

If he is really that ugly, chances are he knows it! I have had a giggle at the expense of others on more than one occasion as I'm sure most others have at some stage but just because someone isn't attractive is not a reason to hate them. Give him a break if there is nothing he can do about it, but if there is a glimmer of hope why not take it upon yourself to be his style mentor. Wouldn't you feel good to have him as your project?

that's mean. really. you can't blame him for being ugly. he was born like that, like all humans. they're all equal and human. i wouldn't say anything, they are who they are. it's absolutely rude to laugh and give derogatory comments to people who aren't dazzling as others. what happens if YOU were ugly? how would you feel if everyone laughed at you for being ugly? put yourself in HIS shoes. you must be a horrible person, you never know, he may have the best personality. ugly people have their pretty sides. but you're no human, all you care about is looks. your personaity is ****, you should care about others. people cry because of their physical appearance, that's because they have emotions just like all others. but unlike you, you're inhumane and you're not sane. people try their best to cope with their physical appearances daily, but unlike you, you'll probably find some guy who is so handsome and all and have the worst personality and cheats on you all the time. how would you feel? it makes you feel like a whore. keep thinking about it. come on now, it's not right. people have a reason to live, the more you criticize him, the more sad he'll get. people like him cry because he knows he's not great looking and people make fun of him for that, this shows he has a great personality because he has feelings for himself as well as others. you're just evil.

I had a friend when I was a teenager and he was completely ugly like that, without hope to ever look anywhere near decent...but NO I did not tell him and NO we didn't talk about him either...at least not in a mean way, some of us felt sorry for him...you never know when you could have some kind of accident and end up uglier than him!

Okay now. To somebody, even if it's his mother on payday, he is beautiful. There are some really beautiful people out there that are extremely ugly....and I'm not talking about looks either. He is still a human being with feelings and he is loved by somebody. You and your co-workers behavior toward him may be uglier than he will ever be.

Yes, your wrong and those like minded. It is my hope the person in question has his own group of close freinds that keep him centered and able to conduct himself in a behavior you should imitate.
After thought; once in my lifetime I told someone they were ugly. In retrospect it had nothing to do with outward appearances. It did have everything to do with human behavior, the lack of it. I know I was wrong.

I don't give a crap about looks.. Why would you want to remind someone about their outer looks anyway? Are you going to walk up to that person and just tell them that they aren’t beautiful? I think real beauty lies within you.. You seem like the type of person who is ugly on the inside.
