I shipped the item already, the guy made me go through an escrow company, and I did. So is there someone I can call or can I do anything to get back my ring ?

the company was fraud i mailed the item and now i won't get payed :(

How did he scam you? Don't send the item until payment has cleared...Contact e-bay in case of scam...when purchasing use pay pal.
