I grew up in a home with no punishment I would tell my friends I was grounded just to make it seem i had limits what i found that works if your serious is to get involved in after school activities or church functions they have rules and regulations that you have to follow or else you will be reprimanded hope it helps and remember you are not bad you just need direction and without no one teaching you will never learn it good luck

Yes, you can and I'll help. You must go into time out right now. One minute for each year you are. Oh, and no music, TV or games go with you. Just you sitting on the time out mat for the allotted time.
