I am trying to find out what website I need to use in order to find out what the population breakdown by race is for the Paducah McCracken County area and the surrounding region of far Western Kentucky is now and what it has been since the year 2000 ?

Check out the census website. It will break down each county by race, income, education, etc, etc. Info comes from the last census taken.
