I was a lifeguard may years ago. And nothing should distract you from your work. Freeking out isn't an option. Besides, attractive people are given way too much power by those who think they are attractive. Powers isn't in the look of someone, it is the total person. As you grow up you will realize that.
Be polite and say hi to her then tell her you are working but if
she would like to talk once you are off work you would be happy to talk to her. Odds are that she thinks you are hot. Now you just need to get the confidence in your self.
Again- don't neglect your job by spacing off because of a pretty girl.

nope...lifeguard 6 years in California...it was an hourly event.
Thats why most people become lifeguards...
they stay because they develope a sense of responsibility and service...but the initial draw is because "it's so cool" to be a lifeguard...
