If you want to keep this marriage, and if he's willing, you both need to go to counseling if he's really sincere and wants to stop what he is doing. For some guys, it's really an addiction. Maybe that's the problem in his case.

I'm a man and you can trust me. As far as your husband, It's possible for some men to change, I'm living proof, but the odds are not good that he will. If a man honestly and truly loves his wife, He won't cheat on her.

He evidently doesn't respect you enough to be faithful before marriage. If he can't be faithful before marriage, what do you think he will do after marriage? He will continue to cheat on you!! Then, if you decide to leave him, you both would have to deal with a divorce. I would say to leave him and find someone that loves, respects, and cherishes you as you deserve.
