my girl firend only hold the baby when people are in the room to look like a good mom and then when the people go she give him to me. how would i get her to bond ?

she may have a problem (post natal depression) try talking to your doctor about this

Aww that sucks..maybe she is going thru post partum depression..I am so scared that will happen to me.Have her speak to a doctor to see if everything is OK..Maybe she is just tired and worn out and needs to get herself together and adjust to having a newborn.
