About 15 years ago I was driving to work in London along the Fulham Palace Road in the morning rush hour. The traffic was bumper to bumper and it was slow going. Outside the hospital there was a man in his thirties staggering about in a t-shirt.
That was it, nothing else. People were pointing out of cars and these two old dears walking passed him suddenly pointed and hurried away all distressed. Then this black guy passes him and points, laughing hysterically.
The guy was probably a patient who walked off while he was doped up.
It was funny, though.

I once saw a guy running down the street in boxers but he wasn't laughing. There was a woman in a nurses uniform chasing him with a baseball bat! We got a good laugh out of it though!!!!
....ahhhh those memories from "tha hood" :-)!

I'd probably laugh. He's probably got the better end of the deal! It must be brilliant to have no more worries and just live in your own little world. As long as it's a nice happy world, not a horrible Trainspotting toilet kind of world...

i find weird boring and take mental health problems seriously, so i'd call the cops so he (or she) could be safely carted off somewhere where help could be provided. Sorry to be so dull. Are we talking about you or anyone you know?
speaking of which, if i knew them well enough, i'd chase after them and try to stop them and calm them down. If not successful, i'd call their relatives, and if no joy there, the cops. I'd look a bit stupid haring down the street after a streaker but so what?

Now that's something you wouldn't see everyday. Maybe I would take a picture of them. I don't know. I guess I would laugh insanely too for their weird behavior. I would probably also wonder if they were high on something.

No I would wonder what had happened and was something wrong. Boxers look like shorts...... Now if they were wearing white underwear I would wonder what was going on and then laugh.

I'd run the way that he or she ran from and try to find where the party was at. Then I'd strip down and join in the fun.

It wouldn't be the first time....I would probably raise as eyebrow at them while thinking someone must have escaped the 5th floor (psych ward at the hospital) and I'd move on.
