find a container, plastic that's slightly larger than your pots. Screw through the bottom then set the small pots in the larger one.

There are special planters made to fit over a deck railing. Usually about 15 to 18 inches long with an indentation in the bottom. Check at your local garden center or a large hardware store that carries garden items. Hope this helps.

There are things you can buy that will clip on and hold the pots.

go get some hooks that you can screw into wood they are not very expensive and you can get them at a hard ware store or walmart and some dollar stores have them
