Happened to me. All you need to do is go to the download page, there should be a customer care link there. They'll be able to retrieve the transaction and give you a new code. Don't worry, you won't have to pay for it again. Weird, this JUST happened to me.

the only way you can is if you have a password or serial number .
if you paid for it you should have gotten some kind of conformation number.

You can't send it to your new computer from your old computer? I thought maybe that would work.
