Look in a hymanl and you should be able to find something under Weddings, or talk to a choir director. I used Celine Dion for me "Because you Loved Me"

Jesu Joy of man's desiring is a classic one. Celine Dion songs are also very nice and mellow both in the ceremony and at the reception. It really depends on what you like and what will match the type of wedding ceremony you are having. (for example classical music works better in formal traditional weddings).
