See a DOCTOR right away, you need to know the extent of the damage, it could be something minor, but also could be very serious that needs the attention of a physician.
if it's serious you may need surgery to repair the tear, this is not an area to fool around with as it could cause severe problems down the road, including, hemorroids, constipation, painfull bowel movements, incontinence...
please go see a doctor ....

You may need to see a doctor, even if there is no bleeding. The wound can become infected (think about where it is!). The recommendation of Tucks is good, though it may sting. You wish to try baby wipes. But still, see a doctor.

use baby wipes when wipin and in the mean time get somethin like some vaselin and rub over the area that is sore and let it sit and when washin wash wiht a soft wash closth

go buy something called "Tucks"; for hemmorhoids, but they are soft & gentle until you heal. You may want to apply some vitamin E gel caps, too. Break one open & apply to speed healing.
