All you can do is keep trying and remember that you're not alone. Most of us have had to face rejections when job hunting.
You might also consider re-examining yourself from the employers point of view. What could you be doing wrong? How do you dress when going for an interview? Appearance and first impressions can decide the issue before you even start. Do you need an attitude adjustment? If you go in hostile or looking defeated, many employers will reject you just based on that. If you have someone who could video tape you as you act out going to apply for a job, it might help to look at that like you were looking at someone else and evaluate whether you would hire them or not. You would have to look for the negative in yourself and then try to change whatever that might be.

I have to say that I know exactly what you're talking about. Last July I was laid off from a good job and then last September I was in a bad car accident that I had to take time to recover from. Now, I'm still without a job. Actually I finally have a job interview on Wednesday so I know that I can tell you that it will happen for you. But until then, I would suggest going to a place like Megaforce that will find a job for you. As far as 'holding it together', I just gotta tell you not to worry about it so much because worrying won't make things better and it won't make you feel any better either. You just gotta hang in there and stick it out. It'll happen for you eventually.

Keep at it.
-Look for resources in your community, like job interview and job search courses. In one of those classes that i took (for free, btw) they said that the best way to find a job is by dropping your resume off in person.
Grab the yellow pages and find companies, in your area, in your field of work. Research the company a little. Even if the company isn't advertising a position, dress professionally, go there, talk to the receptionist or HR person(make sure to make a good impression) and drop your resume off for "when a position opens up." Of course, you can also post your resume online, but that won't give you as many results.
-Let everyone around you know that you are looking for a job.
Also, make sure that you are not passing oportunities just because they don't sound exactly like what you are looking for.
Good luck. You can do it!
