It wasn't your brake pads. Them being worn do not cause a trouble light. It is most likely the electronic ABS system that is failing. Better get it checked before winter or you may not have ABS.

If all those lights are on check to make sure all the wheel speed sensors are connected. Those lights have nothing to do with the brake pad warning lights and sensors. Can you shift the car out of park? In the only other car I have seen the BAS light come on the car would not come out of park and that is something you need to have a dealer look at.

Have it "flat bed towed" to the dealer. Like the other respondant said you may have an electronics problem which in some cases can cause complete loss of brakes.

There were some years of of MB's in which the electronics were not the best and many were recalled. MB spent millions either buying back the cars and/or fixing them. You need to ask the dealer for a maintenance activity report from their vehicle maintenance tracking system.

DO NOT TAKE IT TO AN INDEPENDANT REPAIR FACILITY. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COMPUTER INTERFACE EQUIPMENT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE CAR IS DOING.

Best wishes.

bas/esp light has nothing to do with your brake pads. the only easy fix to those lights is if you have just disconnected the battery and reconnected it then you can turn the steering wheel all the way left and right a few times. also if you just replaced the pads then you have to replace the brake pad thickness sensors and if you dont then your low brake pad light will come on. if none of this fixes it then you will have to take it in to a shop, preferrably a dealership since they know these vehicles the best.

This is a simple fix, There is a sensor out of balance in your master cylinder gently loosen the brake line while some one depresses the brake pedal don't remove just loosen when it resets the light will go off and tighten the lines again.

Was it on immediately after changing the pads? If so, check to see if the sensors were reconnected. If the lights came on later they may have forgotten to secure them; again check the physical integrity. If all looks fine, do a controller reset (which they are supposed to do) and the problem may be gone.

Probably the Computer box has to be reset. I am guessing that it wasn't the agent that fitted the new pads. That is why the resale on those is so poor. Nobody wants to be held to ransom by the Mercedes (Overpriced) service. Good luck

Something easy to check... the brake fluid level. Not sure on your car but many will show the light if the fluid is low.

those lights dont neccesarily mean that its your brake pads...usualy it never does...is there even a light for that i dont think so but i could be wrong....check your brake fluid or what it probably is with all those lights is something else is wrong....certain light combinations are code for somethign else being wrong

Its probably just the wire that the sensor is hooked to.. when it comes disconected the light comes on.
