If you are however struggling to improve you're vertical and you are trying to get the hands above the rim, set Vert Shock to the test, a course you will find it here https://tr.im/oG0gq  and give it a try, you will be astonished of how quickly you can become a creature hopper in the event that you prepare the right way.
This system won't allow you to leap a large number of times because Vert Shock was created and employed by real elite level basketball players.
When it comes down seriously to it, if you really want to jump larger, you simply discovered the best process in the world to complete so. Every other way could merely be described as a spend of time.

What the hell is a jumpsole?

If it's a type of footwear try going to a shop.

Perhaps JJB Sports or Sports World. Or if you're in a big city then try a nike shop or adidas shop.

Seeing as I don't know what they are I can't be more specific.

I caught several the other day when I was out fishing. I've got a 130 ton shrimp trawler and usually only catch the normal lemon soles. Luckily for me I bagged a couple of dozen jump soles, which by their very nature are a real bugger to catch. I used a butterfly net. I've sold them on to a local fish and chip shop (the Cod Almighty in Frinton On Sea). They will be frying them tonight. I'd get there before the pubs kick out as they will sell out tonight, no mistake. Good luck with your quest

Hehe, those things that go on your shoes to help you train to increase your vertical?

I've not seen those things in years. They had some problems in that the movements they grooved weren't completely game-compatilbe (awkward ankle position), and they risked injury.

Get Air Alert instead. You don't need much equipment, and it gives you good results.
