Well, I really should report you for that word (all caps yet!), but I feel your frustration.
Have you ever heard of Sturgeon's Law? Many years ago, a reporter asked science fiction writer Theodore Sturgeon why 90% of all science fiction is bull****. Mr. Sturgeon replied, "Because 90% of everything is bull****." This became known as Sturgeon's Law. In the late 1970s, I met Mr. Sturgeon at a science fiction convention in San Francisco. I asked him whether 90% wasn't a bit low, and he agreed that 95% was more realistic. More recently, I have been using 99% as my estimate.
So why are people so disappointing? Sturgeon's Law applies!

There are as many answers to this question as there are people in this world, and often it just depends on whether their tired or feeling good. Some great people can just be "fed up" at the wrong moment and snap for what we would think as "no reason." Think of your parents, they only want your best interests, but come home tired, then they "smart off" its not that they don't care, they just need a moment before everything starts in on them at home.
Sorry, just being realistic. Wish there was a magic answer.

While I think that you are really generalizing by including ALL people, I do agree that a lot of people these days lack manners, sympathy, concern. The world situation isn't good which leads to low morale. But we should overcome that as individuals and treat others as we would like to be treated.

I agree 100 %. People are rude & nasty for no reason. Plain stupid & miserable. Must be their upbringing.
