Looking for pontiac valve adjustment specifications for a 1971 pontiac 400 engine?

pontiacs had non adjustable valve train. torque it to 20 to 25 ft lbs.

My 1972 Chilton say tighten nut on stud until it bottoms and then torque to 15-25 ft. lbs.
