No. The show is fake (and in fact, much of it is shot in the California desert, nowhere near Vegas).
There aren't enough murders in Las Vegas to fill a season of CSI (Miami, perhaps, but not Las Vegas, which is in fact a very safe city). And the city's crime scene investigators actually account for a very small number of active duty police officers.
You'll also note that the producers get a lot of their facts about Nevada completely wrong. For example, the CSI are constantly checking the gun registry, when the state has no such law (it's a California law).
Defendants are shown appearing before "Nevada SUPERIOR Courts", even though no such court exists in Nevada. Again, that's a California term (in Nevada, the criminal courts are called "Nevada DISTRICT Courts")
The show clearly has a very poor grasp of Nevada's complex prostitution laws as well.
You'll find those inaccurate Cali-centric legalisms throughout the CSI series.

I don't know if they are the best but CSI isn't an accurate depiction of how crime scenes are investigated. For one thing, crime scene investigators don't question suspects like you see in the show. Also, the technology they use on the show isn't really that cool and receiving the results of most tests they perform take much longer than just a few hours - they often have to be sent to a lab and can take weeks.

Figure it out. The Mob, buried bodies and a lot of money floating around.... You would want nothing but the best to make sure it all stays safe.
The casinos pay a lot of money to make sure the guest is safe, but even more money to make sure what happens here, doesnt scare off the tourists... It is the best

It's all fake. Show biz. Enjoy it if you like it, but Las Vegas has hundreds of unsolved murders and thousands of other unsolved serious crimes. Reality sucks...
