10/23/77 Scorpio or Libra??

Born at 5:19 pm in San Jose Cali.
Story of my life, but I've always gone with scorp. Just want to here some insite.

Technically, you are a Scorp, BUT you were born on a cusp. Which is the few days in a month where the transition from, for example, where Libra turns over to Scorpio.

I was born on July 23rd.. some horoscopes relay this date as cancer and some report it to be Leo...
I researched it heavily and found that -as i recall each sign has a specific day where it slips into the other phase/ sign.. I and yourself may have been born at the cuspid of the changing signs..
I see both signs in my day to day life from inside of me..
