My grandmother was passed down some oil rights and got a monthly check for it and i do not belive anyone in my family is looking in to this or has taken over it and i have no idea where to go to look to see if they have or to have it put in my name can some one help me?

Contact whomever she was getting the checks from. Ask your mom or dad if they remember anything about it - maybe they can help.
