Being a lifelong citizen of said city, snow storms may blow through but snow does not accumulate in Wichita, KS like say the mountains. Mainly this is because, Wichita has no mountains. It's flat. Really flat. When it snows, it might be a light dusting or it could be up to a few inches. Winters vary a lot here. You could have a dry, cold day. You could have a wet, cold day. There might be snow. Worse, there might be rain during freezing temperatures. Either way, snow comes and goes during the winter months in Wichita. There's never just a white blanket all through the season.

I AGRE WITH THE LAST GUY ANSWERED THIS, BUT I THINK THERE IS A LOT OF SNOW THERE, MAYBE JUST AT THE MOUNTIONS AND THAT IT.
