Could also think about a sex change operation since you are halfway there already.

Ive had two boys and was a B when I had them . Afterwards I had the same issue and honestly I didnt want to stay like that . So I went and had implants and a lift which has improved my figure. As far as looking fake I told my surgeon I didnt want to be any Pam Anderson I just wanted a more attractive breast and thats exactly what I got ..... in no way do they look fake at all....... your best bet is to spend like $25 for a consult with a good reputable plastic and decide afterwards. This is something very personal and your decision should be based on your own personal needs not anyone elses .

There are natural methods that you can use to firm and increase the size of your breasts. One is a product that was tested in the Sunday Times a number of years ago. It appeared to have a definite effect on the size of the breasts. It's called Erdic. It is quite expensive for most people, so the other option is to use self-hypnosis or to use a hypnosis cd. The best one I know of is by Wendi Friesen, which, apparently, has given good results. There have been studies done on the increase of breasts using hypnosis.
These are not quick fixes but relatively much safer than implants.

Accept it. It's part of life. Implants look worse and very unattractive. Well that's my opinion and many of my male friends too. You could try some aerobic exercise using light weights for your pectoral muscles but it won't make a huge difference. If you're really that insecure about yourself then do what you feel is right for you.

Implants are not good for your body, they have too many problems... plus think of this......when you die and your body decaes all that will be left in the coffen , is your implants just laying there. Ha Ha Ha!!!
Try excersizing... you will see they will firm up and look better.

i think so. i'm in the same boat, i've had 2 children. but i see it as a necessary evil, to get so many beautiful children something has 2 b sacrificed and when u think about them it doesn't seem quite so important. i'd rather see a smile on my childrens' faces than worry bout a boob job.

ask an expert . talk to your doctor, he may refer you to one (if he doesn't ,get a doctor who will) then after a consultation you can consider what's right for you. none of us here are qualified in cosmetic surgery , DO NOT go to some where that has advertised in a magazine! only go where your doctor recommends!!. i hope iv'e helped you at least a little bit and i'm sure you're beautiful anyway!!!

I guess if it really matters to you...but you could also accept them...they were only doing what they were meant to do...yes...they are not actually made primarily for entertainment...go figure!
You did a wonderful thing..you nourished your children with your own body...what love..what sacrifice...that my girl, makes you beautiful!

I feel your pain! Weight gained goes somewhere else, and when I loose any, the boobs are the first thing to go. I guess I'll just keep what God gave me.
