It depends for what. Deep down, there's no "Disney" per se, but actually a myriad of small to large companies that work together under the Disney umbrella, and they're almost separate worlds among themselves. You need to locate the company/ department /area where you want to work, and then do research and contact an actual person and do personal contact to find out details. If you want to sing, there's auditions. If you want a mc-job, just apply, if you want corporate, also apply but also who you know can help you a lot.
