The usual foods, which make up a balances diet. Veggies, lean meats and chicken, fruits, dairy, whole grain products. But give in to those cravings once in awhile. Best wishes. Don't forget to drink a lot of water to keep your muscles hydrated.

A well balanced meal. You also need to snack on fruits and raw vegies throughout the day (or night). Take care of yourself and yes you can treat yourself to some junk food as you have the cravings.
Good luck!!!

Fresh fruits and vegetables lots of protein, folic acid, calcium.
Most baby-oriented websites have eating do and don't lists. So should your OB and the local WIC office.

It's important to eat a variety of foods...eat a rainbow as they say...and be sure to take your prenatal vitamins.

Protein is important as it can help you not have as much morning sickness.

Iron is important so you don't get anemic.

Baked potatoes are very good for you and I craved them during my first pregnancy.

The Brewer Diet is very good and can help a lot of moms prevent pregnancy complications.

Anything healthy that you would normally eat and definitely take folic acid. Try to eat only small amounts of fish and avoid fish that have high levels of mercury. Think about what you would want your baby to eat.

Read What to Expect When you're Expecting. That'll give you some great ideas of meals and such. It was a very helpful tool for both my pregnancies.
