I turn the radio up really loud and listen to my favorite songs.

I play the piano, too. What I write depends on how I feel.

I get agitated at work, though, and the best thing that I can do it go out to my car, get in, and scream at the top of my lungs.

Clean house...cook....play solitaire & music. Sit in the shower with the rain head on and sulk. Eat chocholate.

I call a friend and vent for a little while. I also watch movies and knit/chrochet. It's surprisingly calming.

Me? Well, I convert my stress to positive stress such as studying and practicing flute. It's very helpful when you manupilate stress.
