Wars are called WORLD WAR when most of the worlds country's are involved in a war. Two country's involved in a war is NOT a WORLD WAR. If the current situation in the middle east escalates, and more and more country's join in,til the majority of the world is involved,THEN its called World War Three,if THAT happens,God help us all!

I don't care what they call it, one war is one to many. Lets hope we don't have a world war cause that mean that almost every country in the world in involved and millions will die if not billions. With the weapons of mass destruction that are available now, it wouldn't take much to end life as we know it.

Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, I think we're already there. Actually, World War II was going on for some time before anyone started calling it that. Politicians think that if something isn't officially named the public will be too stupid to notice it. They may be right.

Okey, here I go...listen.....THE WAR needs to be inside the European boaders , then u can call it the WORLDWAR III....think where ever the last two. U know, there were other wars before WW I..why wasn´t they called something worldly...Because they werent in Europe

"World" war, so many major nations need to be involved for it to be classified that.
