I once had a friend with Scorpio rising and Moon in Virgo, so I'll answer based partly on that.

First off, in case you don't know, "Scorpio rising" means that Scorpio was on the Eastern horizon (where the sun "rises") when you were born. The rising sign rules the first impression you make, and the way you deal with the world in order to protect yourself.

I would expect that you are very particular, picky, stubborn, opinionated, and perfectionistic. Probably very interested in sex, but might have some odd hangups or obsessions. You are probably so spot-on in your grooming and dress that you intimidate people. You never, ever, ever, forget a slight or an injury and may be a bit too revenge-oriented for your own good. You're one of those people who hates to be wrong, but you're also extremely self-critical.

It would be good to know your Moon sign, because it can throw everything off if it's at odds with Sun and rising sign. Generally, Virgo and Scorpio are a good blend. Scorpio is tough enough to protect Virgo, while Virgo offsets some of Scorpio's extreme, sometimes antisocial qualities. Both signs are very "tough."
