my cousin is 12 and she wants to buy a cell phone one of those who you pay montly she want to have a fair amount of minutes but also to pay no more than $65 per month, any good companys with camera phones or cool cell phones???help plz???

Your cousin cannot buy a cell phone where she pays a monthly bill because she needs a job and credit. She gonna have to wait till she turns 18.
When you go to get a cell phone they do ask for ID and they run a credit check.
Kids these days just want to be so grown when they do not need to be.

Alltell has a totally awesome deal for her! I got it for my neice who is 11 yrs old! She pays $39.99 a month and she gets 500 days minutes and 2000 night and weekend minutes!!! She has never run out of minutes yet- and if u do- u can always buy 10 or 15 min. more if she wants. You pay once a month

She could try gettting a sprint fair and flexble plan,to lessen overages. Also try t-mobile,they have cool phones.If you live in the service area you could try metroPCS,they have unlimited minutes,or Cellularone,they have an unlimited plan for $50 a month.

She will have to put it under her parent name cause she's to young but she can still pay for it,just give them the money.But I got t-mobile I like there phones r cheap,and u can get a to go phone and have it activated into a phone with a plan.good luc
