A diary is a grfeat thing to write, even greater it is to read one's own after a couple of years. And it's invaluable when U have adolescent kids...if you are honest enough.

Yeah- a journal,...a diary. Some people write only good happenings in it, because they don't want to remind themselves about the bad happenings- makes sense....others write only about the bad happenings and negative thoughts to relieve stress...... I write about my thoughts...positive or negative...It's your choice. You can even give it a name and pretend you are talking to someone.
