Are the Americans really the target of the insurgents because it's the only time they have easy access to kill Americans, and if they leave, will the insurgency die down?

nicely enable's see, the US declared it is independence in 1776 yet did no longer have independence granted till 1783. So i've got faith it is going to likely be awhile. Even after the civil conflict it took time for issues to calm down. i do no longer see the place Iraq would be too plenty distinctive.

Hell, no. Things won't calm down. They'll get worse. Now that Saddam is out of power there will be fighting amongst these insurgents to gain power.

No. All this culture knows is war and fighting. And even if the Americans are lucky enough to be pulled out before they are killed THANK YOU GREORGE W. , it'll be a matter of time before it happens again. Religion plays a large part in these countries day to day life. They will fight and kill in the name of God. They have fought and been at war since the beginning of time. Who the hell do we think we are, to go there and think we can fix everything? Dumb, dumb, dumb.

i seriously doubt the US will be leaving Iraq within the next few years...if it does i will be surprised. It looks to me like theyre keeping the violence going over there as an excuse to stay AND if u talk to any troops that were theyre theyll tell you that most of the "reconstruction" going on is permanent military bases and barracks.

Nope, nada, zilch.

If you watch the news, you'll see that they're actually killing more of EACH OTHER than Americans. I laugh and say, "soon Americans will be the only ones left."
