it would be good if you start off with an agent so that it will be easyer for you but if you live in the LA aria you could try going to the disney studios or geting there number first and see if you could talk to one of there casting directors.

Disney is in one respect just like any other major studio, they don't hire actors or any other talent for their movies directly. For movies they always go through casting agencies. So here again, get a talent agency, and go with the flow of any other movie audition.
But wait, there is more…
Consider for a moment not to go straight to the movies, don't go immediately for the movie audition at the Disney Studios. It is a very large company, and working close to it gives you much needed experience and, more important, an inside look, you may hear about new auditions, smooze with important people…
For as far as I can tell, there are two ways you can go at it, the movie production angle and the entertainment angle.
You might consider working at Disney on the production staff of movies. Or use your creativity and apply for a function at one of their resorts, you may entertain and are probably one step closer to the big screen. You can check out this page to start looking for opportunities on that side.

I'm getting pretty sick and tired of seeing this question posted over and over... the bogus answers are pretty annoying too.
In fact... the "Disney" question comes up here so often I'm getting sick of reading the questions in this section.
On a happy note... most of the people answering these qestions havn't got a clue.

Don't waste your money on an agent. Get one when they have something more than promises to offer you .
