OK this is spooky! Why did this happen??

Question

OK last night, I asked "If I was Jesus how would I prove it ( this time ) ?

Now I am a great believer in love and truth and keeping it real etc.
On the 7th answer by teekie she says:

"perform a miracle like heal someone in front of a lot of people.

or get God to send to send a sign that you are the son of God".

Just as I read the last word " God" there was a power cut, the computer crashed and all the lights went out.

Spooky? A sign? I am not messing here!

Well tonight I want to perform a miracle several of them. You never know...

I believe we can all create miracles if you really believe YOU can.

Put me to the test...

(I must say when the power went off and the lights were no more I was a little scared but I was only scared of my own imagination).

Who wants a miracle?

I love your love of god and life, and yes I too believe we could indeed move mountains if we all believe we can.
The power cut was definately a sign for you. Go into it a little bit more, as this was meant. You said you felt scared? Look into this please.
It is not a bad thing to desire cures and miricles for others and I certainly am a bit advocat of such prayers for ones' suffering. Do this always, don't disbellieve in God if he doesn't always deliver. Understand that Gods will is that which teaches all, sometimes we have to suffer to learn.
Know that God is all the attributes it says he is, and he only desires that which is best for all of us.
Sometimes things happen that on the face of it seem unfair but in the bigger picture are in fact a perfect solution to a problem and an excellent lesson for all.
Look into your fear, understand why you felt fear and really come to understand life from the bigger picture. Everything happens for a reason.

let me just start by saying that i work part time as a tech and de-bunker on a paraphisiology research team (scientific ghost hunting) and a lot of wierd stuff happens there all the time. When we come upon something wierd like what your describing, we look at all of the facts. Just for now forget about what you were reading, was it storming or was your power company fixing some of their power lines? did any of your neighbor's lights go off? Was there something that could have been wrong with a fuse in your house? Before you start jumping to conclusions look at all of the possibilities. I'm not trying to say that what happened to you did not happen, just that it might not have been as miraculas as you are attempting to make it sound. Lots of things that i have come acrosst that seemed supernatural at first turned out to be more normal than first thought, after a bit of reasoning and after a close look at the facts. One time my co-workers and i thought that we had found a "ghost" that would knock things off a shelf when you are no where near it. We took a closer look at it before claiming that we had found paranormal activity and found that if you walked on the floor above the room where the shelf was located that the vibrations of a person's steps on the floorboards would cause the books on the self to fall. Unless you are certine that you can in fact preform miracles, i dont think that it would be a wise idea to say that you can.

Seems to me that the lights going "ON" would be a positive sign. Lights going "OUT" is a negative.
Maybe you should rethink your symbols and conclusions. But don't get discouraged, and by all means, keep trying!

And my miracle? That the Middle East will suddenly find a secure peace and the war will end. I will even be trying to make it come true with you. I'll bet we will have lots of people of the world praying for the same thing independently, but at the same time.

This was always happening to me.
Perhaps it was something to do with living in a third world country?
The miracle would be to power a computer without plugging it in.
A power cut is no kind of miracle. Pull yourself together and stop being silly.

if i could get a miracle it would be money to cure a lot of problems that my family members have that noone could possibly imagine like for one my brother has been trying to take care of himself and his small child too far away for me to help them with no money and he just had a piece of cadaver spine put in his back through the back of his neck (the largest piece) and he has a blown out knee because he was forced to do carpet carrying and kicking when he was an underwight 6 year old and people think I'm a whiner HAH! he doesn't even have a wheelchair and he is also due to have knee replacement.

My father had a similar experince in the 1940s as a teenager. He passed away peacefully a little few months ago...just like any other fragile human being (with no miracles) would have to go through.

That sounds cool and there is no doubt in my mind that you will get a lot of sh*t for this question. But you can do miracles, (more or less) as long as you don't say you can and as long as you don't think you Jesus. I'd love to chat more, send me an E-mail.

You can aspire to be like him.You can not be Jesus.Time has passed and he already had the houner of guiding you.Then how can you still perform similar deeds.It is simple:
#love the poor as he did,
#try to heal the sick as he did,etc,etc,etc,,
Mind that he is a prophet and what he performed is dictated by God.We are humans and we cannot do that.What we can do is obviuosi,e,trying to heal through the usual methods combined with what has been given to the prophets.This means that you have to be productive,helpful to other people etc,etc,etc.........
