My only answer to your question is to go out right now and buy a copy of Windows XP Professional Edition because Windows ME sucks. You could also probably go out and buy the new Windows Vista, but that one would cost you a lot of money.

Windows ME was Microsoft's worst operating system. You can upgrade to XP, or if you just want your computer to be more stable without paying for XP, you could experiment with Linux, which is free.

Get Win2k, XP or Linux to install over it, ME is the worst. Even 98 was better.

depends on what your trying to accomplish, upgrading to windows xp will give you more security and updates and is overall a better operating system
