I have a tattoo on right shoulder of fairy sitting on half moon and holding my birthstar with my chidrens birthstars around her. the fairy needs touching up and i would like to make it 3-D if posible. Original tattoo was done in Oklahoma and I can't find the guy but i would be willing to fly to Vegas to get it fixed and add a few more.

I've talked to a few people who have been there and apparently they are not really interested in doing custom work that much, I've heard that they are rude and inconsiderate and don't wanna take the time to sit down with you and talk about your permanent decision on your tattoo.
They are more interested in people that just walk in, choose a tattoo off the wall, or off of a book, and get it done. Its easier for them, and it doesn't take up their time. They are in high traffic areas and most people walk in off the street and just pick something.

Check out some of your local artists and check out their portfolios. Check out on line portfolios, because the best artists are not at Hart and Huntington. If your desperate to be on reality television for your tattoo I'd say Miami ink is better at custom work and fixing other people's tattoos, although I've yet to talk to anybody on their shop etiquette.
