For a human being, I think having 2 legs is normal.
For a goat, 4 legs is normal.
Worms shouldn't have legs (unless you count their whole body as a leg).
If a human had 4 legs, 2 of them would probably be amputated considering that humans were made to have only 2 legs and it would probably be difficult to function with 2 extra limbs. If a domestic goat was born with 1 leg, some nice people might give him prosthetics to simulate the other 3 legs.
It really depends on the situation, but I tend to consider what is meant to be as normal (using a tree as a go kart is not normal, riding an airplane to get down the block is not normal). But abnormal doesn't mean unwanted (humans are supposed to be able to see, but we don't reject blind people).

homosexuality, bi sexuality, geniuses, put it like this. all the things socety says is not normal to me is normal. exp. screwing animals, and raping people. that is a psychotic act. mental illnesses are also normal, unless the person is harmful to society, then that is a psychotic act that has derived from trauma.

There is no such thing as 'normal'. People are different. It would be very boring if we weren't.
