There is a reason the LAN admins block Limeware and the like.

1) If an employee were got caught by the music/movie industry downloading copywrited material on the company's computers, the computer would be legally responsible for civil and criminal penaties. Which for an business could run into hundreds of thousands of dollars.

2) The bandwidth involved to download shared files is about the same as 20-30 employees would normally use, so it runs of high risk of crashing the companies entire network, costing hundreds of dollars in downtime and IT cost.

3) It places the company at risk of virus, hackers, trojans, etc. that could destroy or steal thousands of dollars of data.

Because of the dangers involved in having such programs running, every commercial network will be running software that can detect P2P running and immediately flag the LAN adminsitrator. And the employee running the software would not only be fired but could face criminal charges for illegally hacking the company's network.

So hopefully nobody is going to give you any "help" to do this. You really do not need a criminal record follow you for the rest of your life just so you can $3.00 by not renting the DVD instead.
