She would have to get medical testing. HIV might not show up on a test for 6 months after she last had sex with someone. HPV has a new, but expensive test. You can get HPV with just skin contact.

You can contract herpes and HPV even with a condom--- and to the one who said smell her culie first--you are just plain ignorant!
You can tell her you would like to get tested...both of you. I did the same thing once with a guy and frankly, we were both relieved when they came back negative and we had amazing sex. Of course, it was monogamous.
