I really don't believe in the death sentance but I think someon who is a serial killer or a rapist deserves to die. I think that the police needs to stop filling the prisions with drug dealers and need to pay more attention to all of these pedophilles trying to kidnapped little kids.

I think that, while humans have elevated themselves fairly high, some people refuse to cooperate with societies standards of basic functioning, and they go out of their way to disrupt other people's lives. Normally, that's not too much of a problem, as long as the disruption is relatively minor. However, when that person steps so far outside the realm of what's considered "common human decency" and begins taking lives, etc, then it's society's duty to do away with that person.
I believe in the eye-for-an-eye justice system. If someone kills maliciously (without a shadow of a doubt) with no provocation, that person should be executed. If someone rapes, then their current fate is fairly well suitable: going to prison and being raped themselves.
Of course, the death penalty is not something that should, by any means, be taken lightly. In its current state, it can, and often is, seriously flawed, and more care needs to be taken to make sure that those who are executed truly deserve it.

I think that the pedophiles and rapists should be castrated and humiliated so bad that they will never want to show their face in public. I think that most of the murderers should be taken to a large stadium and crowded into the center of the stadium. After all of them are secured inside, I think that firearms should be dumped in with them and let them fight it out. Last man (men) standing get hauled back to prison until the next stadium event! It would solve over-crowding and it would allow the murderers to do what they love best - kill people!
(Yes, I am exaggerating with the murderers. I feel that the death penalty is necessary in some cases but I believe that all evidence - including DNA - MUST prove inconclusively that the person convicted of the heinous murder actually committed the crime and deserves the death penalty. I am not in favor of an innocent person being killed because the victim happened to be the son or daughter of a town Mayor, police officer or dignitary).

In Alabama, they have a cure for pedophilia and rapists. It involves tree stump, some nails, a rusty dull knife, and some matches. I'm told this cure works quite well.
Of course, drug dealers and murderers are pretty much left alone in the small backwater town I live in, unless they mess with someone who is not a member of their little clique. As long as they are just killing off one another, nobody minds much.
I moved down here from upstate New York. When I first got here, I, too, scoffed at such stories. I've been here for over 12 years now...suffice it to say I am no longer scoffing.

I think rapists & pedophiles should go into prison and be made to bunk with a big guy named bubba dying to make them his new girlfriend every night and every morning. I think he should make them do the depraved sex acts imaginable. After all that is what they put women and children through making them do things they don't want to do. Serial killers dead dead dead. Murderers it depends on why they killed someone. If they killed someone in self defense or defending their loved one then no they shouldn't die. But if they killed someone over drugs or a car or something stupid like that then yes. Live by the sword you die by the sword.

Yes, and while we are at it, lets kill all the Suspects and the ones that are Prone to commit a crime.
Most every religious order should die a slow death.
People that dont Curb train thier pets. kill em.
Everyone that has a thought about freedom. death.
All the evil terrorists that will be born next year, kill em now.
We keep going and we could have Worldwide Genocide. Then all will be ok.

Yes, I think some people in prison should be executed. Our prisions are crowded as it is and our taxes are goigng for the inmates food and there cell. Plus if we had more death penalties maybe we can scare our future straight.

Sounds like you really do believe in the death penalty. I agree. I work in a prison, and the pedophiles get special treatment. They have to keep them away from general populations so they don't get hurt. Wrong, Wrong Wrong.

This will never happen, but I think the most interesting way for them to be punished would be to have them tied up to a chair and have the parents of the child he raped come into the room with baseball bats and let them do their own punishment.
It'd probably be a pretty bloody room afterwards. :)

Yep kill em all.. would be cheaper than feeding them for the rest of their lives and might discourage other from doing the same if they new they were gonna die for it
Besides they have the death penalty in the bible for doing less than these things you have mentioned
