You need to opt in to get the pop3 details - once you have done that (theres no spam - or at least I dont get any) you can see the pop3 pages

First of all, why the f**k do you need to use Outlook? It is nothing more than a troublesome program (just like Outlook Express) which accesses your Webmail. It is dated to the dial-up era!
If you are still on the dial-up (56k modem - which is sad) then fine if all you do is use it for email.
However, I guess most folks are one a high-speed connection and therefore are paying a monthly fee - in that case, why don't you access your Yahoo email from the Yahoo server and SEND & RECIEVE from there?
Outlook will not go to your other folders on the server - only the INBOX. (note this: as spamguard will be set by default to 'ON', any spam will be sent to the BULK FOLDER which Outlook and Express DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO!)
I have had mail being recognised as spam and sent there but as I use the Web-based server to get to my email at Yahoo - I can see the Bulk folder and check it there and then.
My view is this: any person who has broadband or any other highspeed connection should abandon these old tools (Outlook, etc) and do it the easy way!
Try this link below:

Sign in and send and recieve without any problems, ok?

Outlook downloads mail out of your ISP's mail server. Yahoo is webmail so it keeps your mail on its server. you'll prefer to ahead your Yahoo mail on your ISP account in case you want it to be downloaded to Outlook.
