Just say, "I sometimes wonder what it would be like to kiss you." He'll either do it, knowing it's OK with you. Or he'll say something like, "It wouldn't be so great, believe me." This approach basically gives him the green light but also leaves him with the opportunity for a graceful exit if he's not really interested. If he doesn't choose the option you hope for, you can always keep the door open by saying, "Well, let me know if you ever want another opinion."

Dont say anything, i dont think its wrong for a girl to go in for the kiss! Chances are hes been wanting to kiss you to, hes just way to shy! this shows that your confident and sure of yourself, he will probly find that to be even more attractive!

Wear a necklace and say you can't get it off.. .
Ask him to get it off for you,
while he's doing that turn around slowly wisper his name and kiss him:D
or. .. .
Just ask if he'd like to kiss you!!!!
but really the kiss is better if its special and not planned:D

I wouldn't ask him. I would just plan a spectacular day and after we have connected I am sure there will be this one special moment and that is when you can lean it for a kiss.

You get in his personal space (i.e. stand in front of him) put a hand on his cheek and slowly and gently move in to kiss and then back out.
