I think your brother has some problems. Diamond studded braces? Whats that about? Mabye he has nothing else to talk about. Get him a hobby so he'll stay away.

He's not an asshole, he's just a judgmental Christian. Point out to him that the bible states we should not judge one another (f he's that religious, he should listen to what the bible has to say..I'm not religious, I'm just sick of judgemental and hypocritical Christians)
He is entitled to his own opinion, but he can't say that he is more right than anyone else. We are all just people, living on earth together. We all have our own beliefs and morals.

It sounds like he is trying his best to get u to talk with him and when he cant he gets your attention by bringing up his weinie!
