This is my routine for improving basketball skills.....
1. Strech before
2. Do a light jog to warm you up
3. Run up and down the court as fast as you can while dribbling. But do keep control of the ball.
3. Shoot some free throws (15-20)
4. Than do some shoots where you get them in a game!

Never give up!

well.....i had a problem with a coach. he would put his son and his friends on the team even though i am the best. if you're coach is like that, then it's not your fault really. if you didn't make it skill wise, that's ok, even michael jordan was cut from his freshman highschool team. the answer i say is simple. play alot, practice more than anybody else, and love the game. that's it

1. Maybe desire to win and go all out at all costs to your body.
2. Practice-practice-practice. Every day, all the time you can.
3. Ask your coach what you can improve on, what part of your game.

As a female basketball player i understand where you are coming from. You have to have the desire to practice and hunger to want to become better then everyone else out there.

hi there!:)..I'm playing basketball since i was a 5 year old punk....i love playing it was the school's captain. You can improve your skills playing with better players than you.Go on a court and ask if there's a free space for you.....and trust me if you do what they say you'll be very a very good player..Or you can go yourself and start shooting 10/10 baskets a day.Try it!

work on fundamentals. if you are fundamentally sound in every aspect of the game, then you will be able to play for anyone. better basketball videos work. they are the best videos on the market. go to betterbasketball.com to find out more about them. what position do you play?
