how do i access files from one user on my comuter to another user from the same computer?

save it under "shared documents"

It depends if you are allowed to view the files you are looking for. But just look in the same folder as you would with the administrator user.

go to the Documents & Settings folder their u will find foler with each user name. go into that user's folder whose file u want to access. in that folder u will find "My Documents" folder. But if user has password protacted Account then u cant access his/her file untill u have a Administrator Power.

u can use a software called web_ftp_server. it can access large files also and very reliable.

go on to the adminastrator's acount and you can veiw any files you want as long as theres no parameter on them
