how do i change my video files over to vob format?

VOB is the format used when a movie is put on a DVD. You do not need to change the movie to a VOB format when it is on you hard drive. What you do is get the movie all edited and ready to go the DVD (format does not matter). Then you use your DVD burning software to create a video DVD and the software sill convert the movie to VOB format when it burns the DVD.
