Turn the switch on the bottom left of your PSP up and go to the main menu. Go to the Icon to the farthest right and go down once. If you are in a place with wireless internet u can use a built in browser. It takes some getting used to but they have instructions in there.

You have to have your connection to the internet wireless or go to a hot spot. Anyway, to get to the web address you want is a little tedious, if should have a touch screen like the DS or the Palm, so this can be easier.

You have to be in a "HotSpot" like: Starbucks, Borders, Fed-Ex, Airports, and some Malls.

you either need wireless internet in your house, or go to a hotspot.
